About the Pilot

Kyle Briggs is an avid soccer player with an open-minded and relaxed personality. He has had experience wearing a variety of prostheses in his life, assisting him with activities like bicycle riding and working out. Although he hasn’t worn a prosthesis in recent years, he has enjoyed piloting for the ARM2U team. He is eager to enter his first CYBATHLON competition and learn more about the innovation surrounding prostheses.

About the Device

Our device consists of an electrical Prosthesis with an Arduino (an open-source electronic prototyping platform), built and developed with 3D-printing technology, in order to try to develop an affordable arm prosthesis capable of making people's lives easier, in a simple way. As it is thought for a congenital malformation, its main specification is to be lightweight.
